Skinceutical Micropeel

If you would  like to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while reducing age spots and smoothing and rejuvenating your skin the micropeel may be the treatment for you. A micropeel is a chemical peel that provides the exfoliating and collagen stimulating benefits of glycolic and lactic acid .

What is Micropeel?

Micropeel is a light glycolic peel that addresses many skin imperfections that affect skin complexion, texture, and clarity. Glycolic acid loosens the ‘glue’ that holds dead skin cells to the skin’s surface. A micropeel treatment exfoliates, removing the damaged top layer of skin, revealing new, vital skin beneath, but it does so gently with minimal after-effects. Micropeel is not an effective deep wrinkle or scar treatment, it is primarily used as an effective exfoliation to rejuvenate dull, clogged or rough skin.

Benefits of a Micropeel

A series of micropeels will improve the appearance of skin incrementally. You will have:

  1. Softer skin
  2. More even skin tone
  3. Skin cleansed of dead skin cells and debris
  4. Smoother, more even texture
  5. Smaller pores
  6. Slight lightening of sun spots and age spots
  7. Softened fine lines and wrinkles
  8. A fresh, revitalised and more youthful appearance

Am I a good candidate?

You are a good candidate for a Micropeel if you have:

  1. Rough skin tone and texture
  2. Photodamage
  3. Have clogged pores and blackheads
  4. Have fine lines or wrinkles
  5. Have blotchy, uneven skin tone

Micropeel contraindications
