Massage is also a very effective part of a stress management program and it is effectively used for relaxation. It will increase parasympathetic response, thus reducing pain, increasing blood flow and balancing gastrointestinal efficiency.

What to Expect on Arrival?
Expect an assessment at the first visit for the therapist to determine what areas of your body to focus on.
You will be asked for a confidential medical history which will help your therapist form the treatment              plan including precautions and doctor recommendations.
You will be asked to undress to the extent to which you are comfortable.
Massage therapists can work through clothing or on the skin with massage oils or  lotion.
During treatment, only the areas of the body being work on will be un-draped.
The therapist will leave the room while you undress and get yourself organised on the massage bed.
